Finally got my stripes

I'm glad I went with black, for my particular car- I really like the way it looks. Also got ultra violet purple footwell lights, but they look blue when I photograph. I've got the gauges backlit violet too, so the lime car with the violet lighting inside looks cool

Looks good, but why not finish them down the front and back?

I got the stock Ford factory 20 pc stripe kit. If I want to wrap all the way down over the front bumper I have to buy another kit to do that. I wanted the stock ford material, because I've seen a lot of cars with aftermarket stripe jobs that just didn't look right to me. The downside is that the Ford parts are $$$ - the 20 pc kit was $190, the side rockers were $69 - if I did the bumper it'd be another 59, so I had to draw the line somewhere- I wanted the lighting worse, and that came out to about the same thing. When my wallet recovers I'll probably do the bumper.

Fair enough. But not all aftermarket stripes are bad. Any decent graphics shop should be able to custom make stripes for you. And based on Ford's usual pricing for stock parts, I'd bet they could do it for the same or maybe even cheaper.
