Kevin, Just curious as to what the difference is between the speed inserts and the "shell" pieces. Is one better than the other on the SS grills? I would like to get a new grill but I don't want one that just goes over the old one. Maybe you could explain the differences (if it hasn't been done somewhere else already). Thanks ahead of time.
