Factory MP3 plug-in for 07's. Can I get one for my '06
Does anybody have a picture of the AUX jack for the Shaker 500? I have a AUX control on my Shaker; wouldn't it be a simple matter of geting the correct male connectors and plugging the ipod into the Shaker AUX port? What am I missing here?

Sort of an update, but don't get excited. We finally got an '07 F150 in, but its a King Ranch, with the Navigation, and I really am not comfortable messing with that system. See, I will have to take the radio out, to see the wire behind it, and I don't really want to take this out. Too many things could go wrong. I hope to see more '07's in soon.

Hey Leo. Sorry for the delay. I do have an update. We got in an XLT model F150. I took the entire center surrond off the dash, and got the radio out, only to see that just like the Mustang, the AUX wire is wrapped together with a bunch of other wires. They go from above the radio, down under the dash near the glove box, and back up to the radio. I couldn't even figure out what was what. Needless to say, the wire isn't separate at all. Looks like we will have to wait for the new TripTunes Advanced to arrive for our MP3 needs, early in 2007.

The regular TripTunes was a MAJOR letdown. All that was, was a hardwired version of an FM Modulated kit that you could already purchase from DLO, among other companies. The new one will be digital, as it will plug into the back of the radio, while the old system used an FM station to broadcast the songs from the Ipod. FM Modulated will have some static.

sorry to you ipod loving guys but i hope the connection is a simple audio plug and not a ipod connection... i want to hook up my XM radio directly, I'm tired of hearing static... maybe they'll have an option for which one you want... that would be best.
Ford P/N for Aux Audio Input Jack
Is there a Ford Part number for the Aux Audio input jack (Line In) that goes in the center console compartment. Or does anyone know where I can get something aftermarket that look close? Please see link below for pic. I am installing the PIE unit and want to run the audio in like the 07 stangs in my 06.

I'll see if I can track down where I put it. I didn't keep it handy once I figured out that I couldn't use the wire anyhow, since it was all connected. Let me check at home and I'll try to post something tomorrow.

Update??
