Time to End any Confusion. I Installed one this Morning! Here are the CORRECT Part numbers and Torque Specs. This is INCH Pounds Remember NOT FOOT Pounds! You need Qty 2 Part# w520411-s437 5mm Flanged Nuts and Two W712289-s437 Step Studs 6mm at the Base 5mm at the top! PIC 3 is 05/06 Bolt vs 07 Stud. Side NoteYour Local Dealer will probably want to sell you Package Quantities. The Studs come Pack o Two and the Nuts Pack o four!

kc

But it only shows the front, not the rear.

thanks that worked; just so i understand this - i ordered the two part numbers for the bolts and both of these will go into the top and bottom on both sides of the throttle body; what about the two bolts in the back of the engine cover - do i just use the existing ones? and do you have any idea what the torque on these would be? thanks again

Here is what you do. Remove the two upper throttle body bolts. Install the Two new Studs in Upper throttle body DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN! Pull off the wiring Snap fit Connetors at the rear of the Intake on the fuel rail studs. Slide the cover over the New Studs in front. Slip the rear of the cover over the Rail Studs. Snap the Wiring Snap fit connectors back on. Install new Nuts on New Studs and you are done!

Hey Kev,

Mine came in Friday and looks great. It'll have to be modified to fit around the MRT fuel rail, but so did the Midwest piece.

I didn't compare it to the external paint. It really isn't close from what I remember, but I'll see if I can post a pic later.

Installed:

While not a perfect match, I like it better than the one I had before. Easy install. I think I will get me a silver decal of some sort for the intake tube......

Thanks for the pics. I wasn't so hard over on a color matching tube so i'll probably go with the black and dress it up with a emblems or something. The engine cover is too cool!
