Mike,Very glad that you and family members are in good health. Can you tell me what is happening with teachers??I am a teacher and would like to know in case this ever happens in my neck of the woods>(Tampa Fl.)
Good luck to you in the future. chuck P.s. thanks for car cover info
Sorry, Chuck, I got distracted with the return to our home, the clean up, restoration, taking my in-laws to their flooded / destroyed home in St. Bernard Parish, and handling the 6 new family members that are now living with us. I just now saw your question. It's been a wild few weeks.

Teachers have been hammered in some cases, taken care of in others. Public school teachers whose schools were flooded / damaged are on unpaid leave right now. Some private schools that remain closed are not refunding tuition to parents so they can continue to pay their teachers, in order to retain them for when their school re-opens. Other teachers and administrators are working on a platoon system out of other area schools. For example, Rummel High School in Metairie, normally an all boys Catholic High School of about 1,400, has a current campus enrollment of 3,000 consisting of the regular Rummel students, Christian Brothers High School of 250 students, and a mixed student body from several other parochial schools, both girls and boys. So for the first time this campus is co-ed, at least for part of the day. Rival school students are now in mixed classes together, which is fine as long as the rivalry remains friendly and doesn't get ugly as youth can sometimes be cruel.

Lots of changes, schools and administrators doing whatever it takes to get the kids back in school and back to "normal" as quickly as possible.

Kevin: Just saw your message above, you're very welcome. Always happy to help you and my TMS family. Besides, it was a welcome diversion that day to get my mind off the evacuation and storm issues. Still is. Gotta keep smiling.

NOTICE! These Car Covers no Longer come with Lock & Cable. The Ford Program was not supposed to include them. The Manufacturer was putting them in by mistake.

Looking to get a Car Cover to use in snowy Wisconsin...since most moisture passes through this would it be effective in protecting from snow and ice while at work during the day?

Kev,

Thanks the new car cover looks great. Unfortunately, the car is dirty from weekend driving, and it is now raining here. Therefore I do not have it on the car yet.

Everyone,

Kevin has been great to deal with. I would highly recommend doing business with him. Especially if you need a car cover.

All,

Just want to add my high praise to this board for Kevin's outstanding customer service. I called him up and got me one of the last few original logo covers, and sure enough, Kevin took very good care of me. I even got my locking gas cap and touch-up paint to boot! I got it all last night and I was just thrilled with all the little extras he throws in! I'm like a kid trying to get that poster framed! I don;t even have a garage and my wufe has forbidden me from hanging it in my room, so i guess it'll sit behind the couch. I pick up my pony of Friday, and now I'll be able to keep the rain, snow, and bird crap off of it!

Kev is absolutely great to work with, and as this is my first Ford, I am glad he made the experience so easy.

Now if I could just afford the remote start....

These were the Days My Friends. Excited Mustangers helping each other with Questions & Answers! It was so upbeat and a Family environment. I just Reread the entire Topic and it was like going to a Long Overdue Family Reunion.

Mike the thread starter & I have stayed in Contact and remained Friends all these years up until Covid Hit & Scrambled Everything. I need to remedy that!

Folks this is the way it should be. Need to give as well as ask for Help! We need to encourage those in Need and Praise those who help Us!

Best Regards

KC

And true to form and his word, Kevin did exactly that. Great catching up with you this afternoon, buddy. We'll close that time gap going forward, for sure. Mike
