This is always a great way to back up being picked as truck of the year by many publications

Really? Sorry to hear that. But then again maybe a truck would be better for you at this time since you'll need it during the winters

Did you end up finding out what the trouble was with the gas mileage issue?

Oh and post pics if you do get the F-150! Good luck

It all depends how much money dealer will offer for Intrepid. If I could get $3,000 for Intrepid, Intrepid will go. Otherwise, Mustang will go because dealer told me that I could get between $7,000 and $8,000 for my Mustang. To be honest, I don't wanna trade either one of them, but I don't have any choice. Only way I can afford new truck is if I trade one of my cars (Camry must stay).
There are few reasons why I'm pushing toward trading Mustang. Its small, gas mileage is bad even when it can get mpg that I'm expecting and it stinks during the winters. On the other hand, it only have 30,000 miles while Intrepid have over 90,000 miles.
We'll see, tomorrow's the day. My parents and I are going to decide what we're going to do. Maybe we'll keep both cars and not buy truck at all. If that happens, I'm buying myself Harley Davidson and I'm keeping both cars.
Too bad you don't live anywhere near me, I would buy truck from you since you work at Ford now.

Thanks Zoran! I appreciate it. Its gonna be tough getting a customer base at first but it will come with time.

Hey, best of luck tommorow and don't let the dealer pressure you. If its not what you want walk away.

Here's to good luck though buddy

By the way... a Harley would be neat too

Zoran, why would you need the Intrepid and the Camry?

And Andy, when did you get a job at Ford, and why didn't I get the memo? You selling or something else? Congrats!

My mom is driving Camry most of time and Intrepid is my winter car. Since Intrepid is not very reliable, in the past I also used Camry often.

Andy did mention he got job at the Ford, its in Off Topic forum.

The price is awesome, I couldn't beleived it was that cheap. Although it is base model and it doesn't have stuff like cd or cassette player, cruise control, or anything power. I don't care about those things anyway, only things I wanted were extended version and 4x4.
I could've bough Ram with 5.7l and Hemi for about $26,000 which is also good price, but Ford's pickup trucks are best on the market and towing capacity is the best.

Congrats man!!!! I saw the pics and I must say gorgeous truck!

You're absolutely right on the power options, while they may be nice they aren't always needed. Now go have some fun! :banana2:
