With 34.6" tires it'll be slower than molasses.

4:10s will be good with 35s, 4.56s would be even better for accel and even mpgs. That's what my buddy put on his blazer with 36s. You can feel the difference.
I would just take the driveshaft out until you can match the gears.

Custom ones will probably run right around 200 for the rear and maybe 150 for the front.

Gonna be the most expensive bronco in Texas when he's done. What's resale value anyways?

I don't mind Jesse James (personal life **** aside). He seems like a straight up no bull**** kind of guy (if hes anything like he is on tv) and he seems to have some serious metal skills (once again, if hes anything like he seems to be on tv, yes, I know its tv).

If the stuff that has been portrayed on tv is true about him going to Israel to apprentice for a blacksmith in the last few years, I have mad respect for that dedication to the craft. The last few things I've seen him do he was hammering and forging **** by hand to build bike parts. Can't dis a man that does that, if its true. Anyone can put in a program in a CNC, or order parts and bolt them together. It takes someone dedicated to hammer that **** out from raw red hot steel himself.
Once again, if that stuff is true.

New harmonic balancer was delivered today along with the stuff for the rear end. Of course I have to work late and will be wondering if it's the right one till I get home and open the box.
I'd ask the wife to do it but that would be like asking her to tell me if it's plutonium or lead in that box.
