Well then, perhaps you should offer them your services. They seem incapable of making effective business decisions without you.

I would forward each and every one of them a copy of your resume, and don't forget to include your membership at TMS. Better still, see if Brad will provide you with a letter of introduction on TMS stationary - that should truly help them grasp your level of expertise.

I would offer my services, but I'm sure they're too arrogant to take my advice. I guarantee you I could take over Ford and loose less $$ than Ford has been bleeding over the past few years.

BTW, if I took over Ford tomorrow, the first thing I'd do is take away the executive garage and make all Ford executives negotiate their purchases of Ford vehicles from Ford dealers without A plan or any other plan. Even better I would make those Ford execs. take their cars back to Ford dealers for service & warranty work. No more executive garage where the cars are cleaned, fueled and meticulously maintained by Ford employees.

How's that for a start? I guarantee that would effect major changes in the dealer network almost overnight.
