Ford debuts 3.5L EcoBoost V6 in Flex

he 2010 Ford Flex will be offered with a 3.5L EcoBoost V6 that employs twin turbochargers and direction injection to achieve 355 horsepower (@ 5,700 rpm) and 350 lb-ft of torque (@ 3,500 rpm).

so does this motor have electric water pump and power steering??

and 200 to 2,175psi fuel pump!!!!! I could imagine the cost to replace that thing....

can't wait for the Ecoboost Fusion...

Wow, very nice. Exciting times for sure at Ford. I mean as exciting as it can be all things considered. 355/350 are awesome unreal numbers. I would have to think that the "possible" V-8 will just be a GEM. I would expect it to trump the current 5.4/SC unit on both fronts. Maybe 580/550? No doubt it'll be a monster.
