Ford's website says the fuel tank size is 14 gallons, so, I'm not really sure how the hybrid system works on say a cross country drive or something, but assuming the thing gets 90-100 mpg the whole time it should go over 1000 miles on a tank.

I remember an LA road test of the older Fusion hybrid got 1000+ miles on a tank of gas. Assuming you are just commuting daily with this you might be able to double that.
