They only have the base models out down around here. Plus their orignal commercail really sucks. If this is going to be a saving grace vehicle for them, they better wake up, and quick!

I saw one at the mall in black with the upgraded wheels.
I also saw another one at the McAllen-Reynosa Int. Bridge in orange.
That one didn't attract me as much

The Edge is selling very well. In it's first 2 months of sales it is in 2nd place in it's market segment and very close to over taking #1 the Nissan Murano. IMHO the Edge's styling is very good and distinctive. I like the way the Murano looks a bit better, but both the Edge & Murano are far better looking than any other SUV in their market category.

I love the way the Edge and MKX look, on the lot and on the road. I also think the optional 18" chrome rims are a little to "bling-bling" for me too.
That being said, I had the opportunity to drive one over the weekend. I like the interior layout, though the cloth seats are not overly comfortable. The performance of the engine and transmission are excellent! Anybody that has driven this vehicle and said otherwise is just out to dis Ford. I was not impressed with how loud it was on the Highway... my stang is quieter. I was also unimpressed with the ride quality...my stang is smoother! I want to go and drive the MKX and see if it is any different. Just my 2 cents!
