thermostat change?

I have a 98 GT bone stock. BAMA tuner on its way. My question is how much benefit is there in changing my thermostat to a lower temp? Also what would be the best choice?

If the cars not over heating, there's probably no reason to replace the thermostat. It will help the car run cooler though, if you do want to replace it!

Let my CS team know if you have any questions or need some assistance in the near future! Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266. I can also have one of them call you directly.

Dan nailed it on the head. There's no benefit to changing the thermostat, so I'd only do so if you were taking the hoses and all off for something else.

That's what I've got in mine. Here in Tx anything you can do to get your car running cooler is always a good thing.
