Does anyone know where i can get seats for 94 mustang they dont have to be new but in pretty good shape because mine are ripped and the padding is almost gone??

That's a good place to find them, but I'd imagine shipping on some would be right pricey. Try your local junkyard, or better than that, a pick and pull style place. There's a ton of Mustangs, and you should be able to find a decent set for a reasonable price. Just remember to match power vs power or manual vs manual adjustment.
