I just wanted to ask before I started unscrewing and unbolting unnecessary stuff. Anyone know how to swap out the foglight bulbs on a 99-04 GT.

How do you get access to the bulb, from the front of the bumper or behind the bumper? I'm guessing it's the screw in the front of the bumper.

Kinda sucks because the Chilton manual doesn't even have it listed. :bang:

To replace just the bulb: reach behind the bumper, feel for the bulb socket that has the wires attached to it, twist it about 1/4 turn to the left, and pull it out of the fog light housing. You don't need to take the lens off and you shouldn't need to unscrew anything. Once you get under there and look you'll see how easy it is

Be careful unscrewing some of those screws around your lights, they might mess up the height/direction adjustments for your foglights...the above post is correct though. Just reach up behind the foglights, twist and remove. You can also check in your owner's manual, it says the same thing - twist and remove the bulb/socket combination, then reverse the procedure to re-install.

I've never seen any adjustment screws for foglights on any vehicle, headlights yes, not on fogs.
