Rear Strut Brace install question!

When Installing the Rear Strut Brace do the bolts have to be "torqued" with a torque wrench? Or can I just use a "regular wrench" and stop when it feels tight??

You need to torque them down to ~25ftlbs. I've seen some places online quote it at 20-25 or as high as 30. I can't remember the exact number from when I did mine

Wish I could find my manual.

Might want to look into having it welded in place too.
