I'm pretty set on 17s. I don't want my brakes to look tiny again.
Comp should be here on Thursday and will get it reflashed Friday. Hopefully that will be the end of this catastrophe.

Got the comp reflashed, and it didn't make any difference. I had a friend come over and we went to town testing continuity to find that the coils' harness does not go through the junction near the passenger side firewall, but under the intake and behind the fender. No continuity, so I ran a new wire, clipped out the old wire, and now I'm back on the road. If I had known that wire didn't go through that box I would have saved a couple hundred dollars. Really bummed, but lesson learned I guess.

So a few things have happened since I last updated this thread. I got me some black 18x9 FR500's. I tinted my tail lights and I have been going on a ton of drives. I'll post pics in a bit!

I think they look pretty good. I was thinking that I probably should have gone a little lighter, but threw caution to the wind!

And of course I can't edit attachments on my phone... here's the other pic.
Edit: I GIVE UP! I'll upload them next time I'm on my comp.

Here's one. Not great, but the only one I have with me.

We could do it if you want. I have plenty of paint. I'd just get a higher quality clear if I were you.

VHT Nightshade. I used Duplicolor clear, and I'm thinking that was a mistake. It came on really light and didn't really lay very nicely. I had to do a lot of sanding to get it to where it is.

17s or 18s?
congrats!
