Pete's 1994 Mustang GT Diary thread
I got my replacement on ebay. Way stronger than the key that came with my locks. Maybe try some other tire places?

I really never wanted locking ones anyway. I don't think the Mach's are really at high risk for theft...
I think I will take them up on their offer this weekend. Looks like a lot of shops are closing early due to the holiday.

Been busy busy, so the wheels still haven't gotten taken off yet.
I have decided to go back to rear exit exhaust, since this side exhaust stuff is just too much of a hassle. That would also mean I could finally get SFC's and eventually get a torque arm.
Also found a stock bumper/fender that are already white, so I'm trying to get those to replace this awful Saleen bumper, and that off white fender that is a POS too.

Brought it to a shop to have the lugs taken off. 20 bucks, so I didn't think that was bad at all.
I installed the Koni struts yesterday, but made the mistake of not moving my bumpstops over, so I still need to do that (pain in the...), but really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
Going to pull the Watts link this weekend as well to hopefully get it better set up, since it's been a pain in the butt lately. It's making a banging sound when I go over bumps at speed, so clearly it isn't articulating freely.

Yup. The worst part is... I even had to do the redo the driver's side the first go round because I remembered to move the dust shield over after I put the strut all the way back on.

According to my measurements the passenger's side Watts arm was about 1/8 inch longer than the driver's side arm. I adjusted accordingly, and have yet to go on a drive. I'm debating whether I should take the struts out and put the bumpstops in tonight, or do it in the morning. I'm very much leaning toward wanting to do it in the morning though... We'll see.

Got egged last night... Again. I'm really getting sick of getting egged right after I wash the car. It's happened the past two times I've washed it.
Maybe you should put some NRA stickers on it.

I'm trading my exhaust for something aftermarket. All the guy knows is that it isn't stock and that it isn't Flowmasters. He said it sounds deeper than flows, which I'm happy about. I'm just excited to have exhaust that fits, and after seeing my exhaust with SVO skirts I realized how bad it looks without it. haha.

They better be in a black Charger if that's the case. I hope that since Arin already did the breaking his car thing it doesn't have to happen again.

Located a FREE white front bumper to replace the fiberglass piece of work that's on there now. I can't wait to pick it up this weekend.
