you make a good point, when i do suspension, I'm going to get everything done at one time and only once, having to pay for alignment or w/e multiple times is just throwing money away

 

Yeah i still need to get c/c plates. my car came with lowering springs and stuff. I just havent gotten around to get the plates cause i dont drive the car that much.

 

The guy finally got back to me about the headlights and should be checking them out tomorrow. Would post the picture he posted of them here, but it isn't the more family appropriate.

 

How do you make inappropriate pictures of car headlights? Is his wife holding them with no shirt on?

The picture he posted are off of one of those ghey ricer sites that has to have an almost naked girl photoshopped in to every product picture on the site. If you want to see it that bad I can post it.

I've been in the wrong before when it comes to this sort of thing, so I try to stay on the safe side when possible these days.

My test to if I should post it is thinking "what would mrs.cntchds say?" If the answer to said question is "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT!?!?!?!" Then I assume it is inappropriate for the forum. If the response is "Ehhhhh, car stuff again?" Then I know it's perfectly suitable.

 

Well if the test for me was what would Mrs. 2k7gtcs say? I would never be able to post again.

 

You see I don't even know why they have to put that in there. Does it make you want to but them more? I think thats just unnecessary. Its one thing for a girl to pose with a car or bike, but they chopped that image into that ad. That's just stupid. FAIL

 

And it's not even in proportion of the size of the product. TOTAL FAILURE!

I told my parents that I want to buy the suspension stuff instead of the headlights, and my mom, who has been in my car at night, said that they are a necessity and that if I won't buy them, she'll pay for them instead.
