Did you get an extra set of RCA cables to plug into the head unit? That will carry the signal to your amps.

This is what I have. Do I need to hook up one blue/white wire or both?

Don't mean to hijack the thread but I just had the same thing happen, I have had my aftermarket head unit, HD radio receiver for years and suddenly my bass is completely dead the door mounted subs are dead.. I did just replace my battery could this be caused by a blown fuse? I have the stock mach460 system on my 97 gt

Only the subs don't play? This is a most likely a blown fuse. I believe it is a 15 or a 30 fuse. Make sure you put the proper one back

Checked the fuses and they are all good, any other suggestions? I'd hate to bring this to a radio place to get checked out

Have you checked the cords running from the back of the head unit and to the amp it's self?

I know that this is long overdue but I finally was able to figure out the problem with my sound system.

After checking all the cords and fuses I wound up swapping in the amps from my 03 Cobra and the problem was solved. I hope this helps others in the future because it was a pain in the neck to figure out. Wish me luck on my bid for some amps on ebay to put back into the Cobra!
