New headlights

So my mustang has the hazy light syndrome and I was wondering if any one out there might know of someone who replaced their lights with a new kit and or might have some laying around that might need a good home, I don't have the money to spring for a hid kit so I'm just basically trying to find some stock ones that are better than mine, I have paypal and all that if anyone out there might have a set. Clear or black or anything that doesn't look like someone smeared mayo all over the from of them will do :-) thanks guys

They're definitely saveable and worth having laying around in case new ones break or fog up. Find some good rubbing compound or something of that nature. Heck even some heavy duty degreaser an steel wool will help a little

Do a two step or three step wet sand. Depending on how bad they are start at 800-1000 grit and go to 1200-1500 grit. Then get a nice clear coat and spray them. They will stay clear for years. We do this at my shop and i have lights out that look as good as the day they were redone which was a few years ago. They will look like new if you use a good clearcoat. Obvioisly rattle can clear coat isnt the best though

Remember with rattle can clear thicker is actually better. Saves a lot of time buffing an provides somewhat better protection. Learned this the hard way by following the instructions on the can when doing my tail lights a few light coats later I'm wondering how I'm going to get all this fogginess shiny and our painter/body Guy walks up lays on a thick coat an its shiny almost immediately
