Im talkin bout the loudmouths, especially with an x-pipe
Im one of those guys who loves the deep rumble of cams, an h-pipe and a low rumbly exhaust
Just like the muscke cars of yesteryear(:

My buddy has a...and Idk why but a camaro an he has the slp loudmouths with headers an butter fly valves ( straight pipe to mufflers at the push of a button ). Its cammed like no tomorrow too but open or close there's not much of a difference in sound an for a few hundred bucks that He spent on the set up I don't see the point. And at wot there's no tone just noise. Pretty much at anything but idle its just...loud. Its nearly a 10 second car but still it just doesn't sound good. I'm not sure how they'd sound on a Mustang but I'm not gunna spend the money for hollow mufflers

Yea well some camaro set-ups do sound pretty nice but theres too many outthere with camaros, firebirds, and trans-ams with loud raspy as hell exhausts and their always revving when they pull up on me. Lets just say all they see and hear are my
Tailpipes

I never understood why people do that. They'll pull up next to me bouncing off the Rev limiter but when its go time they'll take off like granny's

Even worse.
One guy pulls up next to me headin to a red light, he revs, bounces his limiter with his loud but raspy exhaust (showin off for girl ridin shotgun) but i guess his foot slips cuz he ends up stallin out and rollin into the middle of the intersection! Re rolls back and looks at me in shame and rolls up his window. I can still hear his girl laughing her **** off but thts quickly drowned out by me peeling out and shootin off (:

Well my check engine light is on. Its my driver side manifold o2 sensor slow circuit response. Thinking I mite as Well go ahead an order some mil elims. Seeing as I'm gunna eventually be running an o/r h. I'm just unsure if I can plug them into factory piping. Any experience appreciated

As far as I understand it plugs into the o2 sensor, not the pipe, so it shouldn't make a difference.

It plugs in to the hole that the o2 sensor plugs into right? Or threads in to it to be exact

The one I've seen is like a spark plug spacer, that goes between the pipe and the sensor to reduce exhaust flow through the 2nd oxygen sensor to fool the PCM. But you still need good working sensors.

Black rims yes. My taillights are blacked out but Idk about the headlights. I kinda like the idea of black saleen rims. Or getting mine painted gunsmoke or black chrome if you know what I mean. Shiny metallic black
