Manual Problem - Possible New Car

I was looking at a 1996 Mustang GT with a manual however, the car needs a flywheel and needs to be towed, I do not want to deal with a towing company because I just got screwed over by one yesterday, anyways could i drive it without a flywheel, is there any technique because i know you can push a manual and get it started, I know theres ways to drive without a clutch

No. A flywheel is what transfers power from the engine to the clutch which drives the rest of the driveline.

What you are talking about with "driving without the clutch" is more of driving without the clutch pedal. The clutch is always engaged if you don't push the pedal in, and it is constantly being driven by the flywheel. If there is no flywheel in the car at all, it will not move.

If there is a flywheel, and it has scorching that gives it poor driveability you can usually get away with a short drive anyway.

My recommendation - go to AAA and get a membership. Call them up, and use one of your free tows to get the car moved from its current location to your house. I think it's usually 100 bucks for a membership with 3 free tows per year.
