When I see wheels like that I can't help but think "What else could he have bought with the money that he paid for those things?" I'd say at least full exhaust, at least that's what I would do

Well, obviously the thought was "I'm an attention *****. How do I show this on my car? AH! 21s! And not only that, but 21s that SUCK!"

Although, a 97 cobra for 5k isn't terribly bad. The throw on that stick must be awful though... dang thing looks like it oughtta be in a truck. I bet you get 1/5 of the price back on ebay for those rims... maybe more.
