I have been following a thread on the 05 section where someone found a company that makes a connector that allows you to hook up an ipod. From what I can tell there is an AUX input selection in the menu and the connection is on the back.

Has anybody ever pulled out a mach 460 (the one with the 6 CDs in the dash) to see if there is somekind of hookup for an AUX in? I think some have an input for a CD changer. But the 460 in my 03 has the 6 CD in dash unit. I suspect there is no input on the back. Does any one know for sure?

Thanks.

PS. Here is where I got the 05 info from...

I havent looked at a mach460 that has the 6-disc changer, but none of the previous models have had a AUX input

I ended up putting an aftermarket headunit in which had AUX and hooked my iPod to that.

A solution for you would be get the FM tuner for the iPod that transmits a low powered FM frequency and you can pick it up on your stock radio through a specified station.

the fm attachment would be my answer as well, my friend has one and we tuned my radio to it, it worked from a good 80 feet away!

Also fun to do is tune it to a popular radio station in your area, then upload like polka or something funny on it and then watch around you to see who starts looking at their radio weird :P
