Nyone on here got one of thwir hoods? Im look at tgeir 2.5 inch hood but on the fence still. Pics would be great if yall got em!!

I have one of their hoods. Good quality piece. Nice and light. Maybe not as 'finished' as a Cervinis hood, but the shop that installed mine had no problems with fit. Only thing you should be aware of is you may lose some clearance for the prop rod with the hood closed - it will be a bit tight in that area. FWIW, they were the OEM supplier for Ford's '95 Cobra R hood.

Hood struts should work fine though right? Because im thinkin about gettin a 2.5" cowl for my 02 gt and im getting hood struts at the same time

I'm not sure about hood struts + lightweight fiberglass hood. If the hood struts are designed to work with the heavier OEM SMC hood, it might be too much for a lighter fiberglass part. Perhaps someone who has the same exact setup you're thinking about can chime in or try shooting e-mails to HO Fibertrends and the manufacturer of the hood struts and get their opinions. Good luck.

Im just lookin to get rid of the prop rod is all. And im sure hood pins would be a good idea too since its lighter
