My car just hit 99,000 miles today, and all of a sudden, my gauge lights are going out, one by one. How easy/hard is it going to be to change them? I'm sure it's going to be a long, drawn out process, but I was wondering if anyone has had to change the bulbs. If you could help me out, I'd be greatful.

You will have to pull the entire guage cluster out. Did it in my GT to put white face guages on. I honestly cant remember off the top of my head if teh bulbs are accessible without peeling the actual guage face off though.

Check this link:

It almost looks like the bulbs are not accessible without pulling the guage face off May want to check with a ford parts dealer and see what they can look up, as they should have exploded views of everything.
