So when I really step on the gas I can hear a ticking noise coming from the right side of the car I took it to the shop and as I figured it could be I have an exhaust leak what the mechanic said that it wasn't a big deal and won't effect anything what do you all think

 

Its not a big deal. Its not really going to effect much if anything other then annoyance since you can hear it.
