You know how many name changes I'd have to do in all the forums I'm in?!
Besides I will, one day, have another Capri.

John-
Thanks. I bought the wheels like that. They are from AFSwheels.com (actually got them off ebay.com for a steal!) and they are 18x9, black chrome.

Thanks! And Ummm . . . "NO" to the metalflake.
WOW!! I love Mach 1's and I didn't think they could get any better looking but you have done it! It looks great. I've seen the bumper painted black on white Mach 1's b and I didn't like it. But the competition orange really looks great. The whole thing is like a throwback to the late 60's. Great job!
Well . . .no 12's for me
, BUT I did have a new best!!
Ran the Mach 3 times (twice against a friends Mach 1 with 4.10's, tune, K&N intake box/tube, and Magnaflows -he had his best too!).
Mine's 'stock' save Borla Stingers, wheels/tires, springs, & shifter.
r/t .458 (not worried about at this time)
60 2.036
330 5.764
1/8 8.835
mph 80.99
1000 11.438
1/4 13.630
mph 102.86
Weather was kind of warm/humid especially versus earlier in the week, but I don't think it was too much of an issue. Although I'm looking forward to running her in cool/dry air.
There might some video of my run. I'll try and get some footage.

Awesome job Jason,
What is the most challenging part for you to get a good time? the launch?

In 7 runs I've made with this car (3 this year, 4 last summer). . each one has been different, mostly on purpose. I've been playing with my shift points, shifting into 4th through the traps, & launching at different RPM's. So staying consistent has been the hardest, but I've been trying different combo's so I'm not too worried about it. I backed up my 13.630, with a 13.881 (ran right back to the line, no cool down time).
Fun stuff . . .
That's "stock" 4V to you, Mr. Modded 2V!!
