Coolant leak

I have a slight coolant leak where the top radiator hose comes into the thermostat. It's coming from the plastic piece at the bottom. Does anyone know exactly what this is called. I'm trying to find the best place to get a replacement for it. Would this be something that would be best bought from the dealer or is there a aftermarket piece that is more durable that that p.o.s that's on there now? Thanks guys.

The dreaded coolant crossover leak. Some stop leak may work but to do it right you gotta change the intake manifold.
