Will the Shaker 500 easily replace my stock?

Can I just swap out the Shaker 500 for my single cd stock stereo without any problems? :scratch:

If so, will the dealer cover the repairs if the radio has issues? Without looking at my order, how would they know it was added later? ( besides there not being a sub in the trunk)

I have not got my car yet. But I think the shaker 500 doesn't have a sub in the trunk, but i think it has more speakers than stock. So the wiring may be different.
