Will A 2010 Nav Unit fit an 07

Electronically, not sure.
Aesthetically, it looks to be impossible unless you invest heavily. In the 2007, it's a self contained double din style unit. In the 2010, the screen is "finished" by the radio bezel itself. So you couldn't just bolt it into your din area. I also think the new nav unit is larger, but not sure.
Anything can be done with enough money

A better solution for you may be a car computer. Much cheaper, and it will get you much more.
It will eventually be the way I go after my nav gets to be too old.

That is a really nice unit as well. Much more features than what we have. You need an amp to go with it, though.
Get one that comes from an Edge, though, as the buttons light up green, not ice blue.
