Is there any company that makes a good high end set of pedals for the
mustang? I know there are some nice ones for imports like Razo and Momo.

Autovation http://www.autovation.net/
I love them, they are great quality. I have a machinist background and I'm a Mechanical Engineer. If I hated them I would get another set from another vendor. I have had nothing but good things to say.

Here is another option: http://www.ultimatepedals.com/home.htm
These have worked very well for me. I have the dead-pedal mounted to a Saleen bracket. I also have the enlarged gas pedal for heal and toe work.

These are the GT500 pedals right? Hold do they look and hold up over time?

+1 Ultimate Pedals. Did not like logos on Steeda and Roush, nor the stick-on install of the GT500's. Ultimates were very well machined and installed pretty easy, I ended up with smooth with domed rubber griips and included the dead pedal with no flange. I'm very, very happy.
