Has anyone been successful removing those rediculous warning stickers from the inside of the visors? ........ hair dryer maybe?

Yup...I actually found the info around here somewhere.

Hair dryer and go slowly...then use something called "Oops" to clean up the adhesive residue that's left.

I can still see a faint outline, but it sure beats those stupid stickers. They were driving me nuts.

 

Yes, I have been successful in removing them. A hair dryer and patience is all you need. Also a cheap electric toothbrush will work well in getting the extra residue off.

 

use a hair dryer to the point where it kind of burns your fingers.Gently staret from one corner using your fingernail.I used a dark damp washcloth to wipe off residue.(i have black interior)

I put a towel over them and just used an iron for a couple minutes. Heated the whole thing at once, and pulled it off with no residue left over. BTW, take the visors out of the car and this job is much easier. A friend of mine complained how hard this job was, and when I asked him why, he said that the iron is hard to get where you need it upside down...

Yes, a hair dryer and a towel... specifically, a damp towel. That will help create steam and make them come off w/out stretching the cloth.

 

I would actually be inclined to think an iron and a damp towel would work better since you can get the iron hotter and it'll cover the entire label in one shot. I think I'll be trying this today...

 

Yes, you're right. That's exactly what I meant, an iron and a damp towel, not a hairdryer. That'll teach me not to be on the computer before my coffee.

 

I just put them out in the nice Florida heat during the day and started them with one of my keys. Used a little Goo Gone for the minor residue. Easy as pie.
