Upgrading my Sound system...
Hey everyone..
Got my Mustang back in mid November.. and its an absolute dream.. love it... all but 1 thing.. the stereo system is just not doing it for me... so, Ive decided to replace my Sheisse 500... now, I have a few questions.. (and will be performing the installs myself)...
1. Im looking at the Kenwood XXV-01D
Now, if replace the Shaker head unit first, and upgrade speakers later... can i just install this Kenwood in its place and the speakers work fine? What would i need to keep in mind if i ONLY upgrade the HU first?
2. When I do replace the speakers, I want to get the same sizes that I already have. What are the sizes of the Front Door, Door Sub, and Rear Speakers? (sorry if this is already posted, I must have not found it in my search)
Thats it for now.. I may have more later.. Im somewhat learning, so Im doing quite a bit of research prior to any purchase.
Thanks in advance!
