Thumbs up

I have a a question for all you Stangers out there. I'm wondering on how to store things in the trunk? I keep a tire pump/light , towles, armor all, wipes and so forth. Even in a bag or something it slides all over the place. I almost wish it came with one of those nets I have seen in other cars for groceries.

Is there any after market things that would work well for the trunk or have any of you guys come up with some slick way to store stuff in your Mustangs?

I have Ford's cargo organizer. Bought it from KC (05stangkc) and you should too!

I bought the Ford Cargo net from KC.

It works great for the small items and untethers real easy when you gotta load big stuff. Someone posted putting down that rubber-tackey material people use as liners for kitchen cabinets and shelves. Someone else took a milk crate and bungi'd it in the trunk using holes in the sheetmetal within the trunk as anchors.

This has worked great for me and the bungees keep it from moving at ALL. (and still plenty of room left in the trunk)

With the bungee set I bought and the crate, cost about $10....

My wife stays in there and makes sure nothing moves.

Sorry, I post this picture everytime there is a trunk thread, but I laugh every time too.

My wife still laughs about it too. Especially since it was her idea.

Have you seen this thread yet?

It's a liner used in tool boxes and kitchen drawers. NOTHING moves when you put it on this mat. When I go to the grocery store now I don't have to worry about anything crushing the bread.

My stuff just bangs around back there. It's my way of reminding myself to get it out and do something with it. Right now there is a traffic cone in the trunk.
