i got 20% put on today. it doesnt look as dark as some of the pics ive seen with it or anything. does it get a tad bit darker when its totally set? im not supposed to open my windows for 4 days they said.

 

It won't look as dark as others since you have a black car.

 

ahh maybe thats it.

 

Typically a lighter color exterior and dark interior produces the darkest look for example a white car with black interior will look relatively the darkest.

 

Ron, here is a tip for you. Take a heat gun and heat up the outside of the windows for approx 15min per window. You will be able to roll them up and down the same day. If you don't have a heat gun use a hair dryer on the hottest setting but this will take a lot longer.

 

Thats what the tint guy did to the car. used a heat gun on them. then he had car outside running in the sun with my heat on full blast till i picked it up. man oh man when i got in that car did the leather burn my skin. it was HOTTTT. and it was like 20 or below with the wind today as well.
