That's going to be my next mod, I've just got to set aside some money in the budget for it. Post some pics when you get it.

I like it unless it scratches. No need for a shifter bezel or cup holder trim either. How much is that?

I paid $65 thru a local supplier in town. They have to get it direct from Steeda since they don't carry many products for local shops at this time.

Why would you vacuum this piece if I may ask? I would wipe it down before I used something like a vacuum nozzle on it..............

I hate to burst anyones bubble but I had one of these things and well, it's worthless. I had a huge scratch on my console and I wanted to cover it so I got one.

First off, it is not cut right. If you line it up with the shift boot (and by the way, the boot does not cover the edge of it), it does not line up perfectly with the cup holders.

Second, after about a week the tape on it started to peel off the console so you could see the edges sticking up on the sides. I cleaned the console as described by Steeda before installing it.

In the end this thing hit the trash. I ended up taking my console to Interstate Ford where they preped and painted it sonic blue for about $70. I hate bashing Steeda because I have some other interior bling stuff from them that turned out perfect but I just have to say this piece sucks. I also hate to give any bad news for anyone that just bought it and I hope that it works out better for you than it did for me. I just feel that I should be honest. Just clean your console very well before installing.

Ryan, that is sharp. Thanks for the heads up about this trim piece, I will trial fit it before hand and see where I stand before I install the panel.

I had the same experience with the panel. It's not perfectly cut and the edges are not finished. The part I had was also warped; so it didn't sit flat on the console and lifted off on one corner. It didn't make it a day.

I called and complained. Steeda ended up giving me a discount on my wheels, so it wasn't a total loss.
