I just installed brushed stainless doorsill plates from SS Inserts. These things are great quality. You put them on with the supplied double sided tape. I got them because I stepped on the driver side IUP one and it bent since they are such thin aluminum junk.
Anyway, I highly recommend these. The picture really doesn't capture how nice these things are.

Will those fit on the non IUP sills?

 

Yes, these are perfect for cars without the IUP.

 

Can you post a link? all I can find is the long sill plates, not the nice ones that are posted above.

You will probably be best off with the brushed ones. I met a guy that had the polished ones, although they look great, they scratch easy.
