Spare Tire Encloseure
Whats up TMS! I want to ad some beat to my 07 mustang and i wanted to use up the spare tire space. Does anyone know if they sale a pre-fabed enclosure or do i have to make one? If anyone made one I'd appreciate tips or instructions or anything.

I highly doubt your going to find a prefab one anywhere. Spare tire is usually a custom job. I'm actually in a similar situation. Are you trying to stick with an mdf enclosure or is fibergalss an option?

I'm probably going with the fiberglass. It's much lighter and way easier to make the mold.

Ok, yea then just find the required airspace of the sub you are going to use. Then check and see what the volume of the spare tire well is. You may need to add a false floor above it to acheive the required airspace depending on the subwoofer.
