Replacing Shaker HU, need some wiring help...

Hey folks...
I am replacing my Shaker 500 headunit tomorrow.. and had a question...
Ive wired the replacement headunit (Kenwood XXV-01d) to the Metra wiring harness (Metra 70-5521) with no problems...
On the Metra harness, there are 2 light blue wires (on the piece with the Subs) labelled "Amp Turn On"
Im not real sure where these 2 wires plug into?
Are these the wires that connect to the new headunit's amp power on? Should i use one or both of the "Amp Turn On" wires?
Any tips would be very helpful.
