Replace cloth and foam

I have just picked up a 2006 GT with a full set of unfitted factory seat covers and foam inserts.

I can find loads of guides to change the covers but none on the foam.

Does anyone have any tips on this?

welcome to the forum. i replaced my bottom foam on the driv side just to save the seat cover from going bad. its not too bad. not sure if this will help but heres some info from when i did it
