Question Removing GT500 gas pedal cover??

The GT500 set came standard on my '09, already removed the clutch and brake pedal covers, they were just slip on. Replaced w/ a rough textured set from Moss.

The gas pedal, though, seems to be glued on?? I looked up the CDC install instructions for their set (not sure if those are the true OEM or not), and it looks like it had an adhesive on the backside to keep it on.

Anyone have ideas about this? The GT500 ones are simply not wide enough to allow proper heel/toe on the track when really hammering the brakes, at least not for my feet. I want to put on the replacement one before the weekend.

Thanks

Yep, its just glued on. You should be able to pry it off with a screw driver (or at least that worked for me).
