Remote Start-Aftermarket

Hey all,
I had the remote starting system from my Lightning put in my Stang. Now reading the manual, darn I wish I'd read first, says other than Ford OEM remote starting system may cause starting issues. Anybody have input on this? I'm not using my car much since this was done and won't be for awhile, so I was wondering if anyybody had input.
(I'm recooperating from heart transplant 7/16, praise God)

Thanks! I had been sick, but getting by for 7 years, then boom, time to do it. On list 40 days and 40 nights. Not long really. I praise God and thank the donor and his family. I got to turn 48 last month.
