as many of you already know my car is a little different then most 05+ stangs lol

well i have been saying the 2 12's in my trunk was just temp. till i got off my lazy butt and built the new sub box.

i finally did that and i came up with one more option for those who want the rear seat delete. i built a box for 4 12 inch subs in the back seat


ill get some pics up this week when i pick up my camera from my parents house

i should be able to go by there thursday and pick it up, im working nights right now and i sleep all day lol, it sounds great! i have had 4 12's in my last 3 vehicles and they have always been in the cab with me so i knew 2 12's in the trunk of a car wasnt going to be enough lol

as you can see the stang is not as crazy as the ram was but im trying to take a break from doing to much custom work on the cars and work on getting my house where i want it ya know

but trust me i do have a couple more things for the stang in mind after the first of the year

 

what brand subs are you using? How many watta amp? I have 1000 watt amp, and 1 10... pathetic, I know... :bang:

 

A guy i know from my hometown, Lake Charles LA. now owns that. Small world...

 

ya his grand father bought it for him cash, and he is changing it up. not sure if i agree with the direction he went on the truck now but atleast he is making it his own i guess,







i have 4 of the DB drive platinum 12's on a DB drive platinaum 2000.1 which puts out 2000 watts rms at 13.7 volts at 1 ohm not sure how much its really pushing right now since its wired at 1/2 ohm and 14.3 volts but im guessing somehwere around 4000 watts rms maybe

i also changed all my highs to DB drive platinum along with the door subs and those are running off a platinum 4 channel amp

 

oh and the small DB amp on the subs but its hiding behind the dash

Nice Dodge, here is the install we did on my brothers Dodge. His was setup for SQ, sounded awesome with the 2 X 8" and 1 X 12" setup.

thats nice my ram was set up for nothing but bass lol but the stang is set up for sound quality as well as being able to hit well over 150db on the dash now

 

and i thought i was doing something with my 2 12s. vc, did u need to upgrade your alternator because of ur amps. i havent but im planning on it because im adding a second sub amp to my setup. i have 2 12in orion h2 subs with a 2500d mono amp and im planning on getting another one so i can have one for each sub.

 

i have not done anything to the alt. or to the factory battery but i only crank it up once in a blue moon , most of the time i listen to it at normal volume

 

Are there any H.O. Alt options fot the 05 yet?

Dont mean to jack your thread, but I got lazy about half a year ago... I had 2 JL15w6s in here, but have my roommates in here in the meantime till I can get some new subs...
