New Interior Mods
Installed my start button, aux adapter, and hardwired my sirius and antenna this weekend. The details on the start button are in the start button sticky.
I installed the aux adapter using the Idiot’s Guide
Idiot’s Guide to the FRD04-AUX Adaptor
Here is a pic where I installed it.

The only thing that I did different is I wired it to an accessory delay power source. I used fuse 5 in the fuse box with an add-a-fuse adapter. I figured that with all the problems that have caused people to have to disconnect the battery when the radio doesn't recognize the FRD04-AUX I would try it on an accessory circuit, that way it gets reset every time I turn off the car. So far no problems. If it becomes a problem I will just move the add-a-fuse to a 12V constant in the fuse box.
The Hardwire for the Sirius Starmate was easy too. I bought an extra power adapter for the Starmate, bought a kit at Radio Shack that allows you to add a 12v Lighter socket, wired it to an accessory circuit and hid it under the dash on the passenger side then just plugged up the Starmate.
Here are a couple of pics.

I let everyone know if wiring the Aux adapter to something other than 12v constant has problems.

I wired my start button to the power lead from the cigarette lighter. The down side is that the button is illuminated, so the light is always on. The good thing is that it does not draw very much power. I let the car stand without using it for as long as 4 weeks at a time during the winter and the battery never drained.
Here's the best part of it. With the car off and no key in the ignition, if you press the start button, the radio will have power as well as all the windows and the top. This is very convenient when I don't have the keys with me and need to put the windows or the top up or down. It's also nice to be able to listen to the radio without having to take my keys out of my pocket. Talk about being lazy.

What's the security device on the start button? What if you leave the car door unlocked, someone could just ome in and push the start button? Or are there sensors all over the car and you need a device with you to allow the startbutton to allow ignition?
The button gets its power from an accessory circuit. The key has to be in the ignition and turned to the accessory position for the start button to get power. You can read all about start buttons on the Start Button Sticky under Interior & Audio Mods.
That applies to my start button. As far as I know, the ones that are wired to a 12v constant, they still won't start without the key in the switch because of the security chip in the key.
