Ok so Im getting rid of the shaker 500, simply because I dont like it and its not for me. NOw Im adding a new headunit and since I already have the subs in the doors and the 4 (I believe) other speakers is there a specific harness I should buy (part numbers would help) that will allow my new HU to power all the current speakers without additional hardware. I am installing Kenwood 7017, if that helps

Metra 70-5521. $15 It is marked as Ford 03-up Amp Harness. It comes with two harnesses, the main one and a second smaller one for the subs.
You will also need to use a voltage regulator to change the +12v to +5v for the amp on signal. Otherwise you will get a nasty popping sound whenever you turn on the stereo through your subs because the Ford amps do not use +12v for an amp on signal.
Flip through this thread here my skipper 1000 replacement. There are also a couple of other threads on here that discuss it.
