Just installing my new Z2 ... but for some reason, Santa forgot to tell me about this connector, ie, where do the 2 blue/lightblue wires connect and where do the rca connectors go?
thanks for the help!!!

Both blue wires connect to the blue "power control" line coming off of the stereo. This is the power on signal for the amps that supply the subwoofers in the front doors (assuming you have shaker 500/1000 speakers). The RCA jacks go to the sub-woofer jacks from the stereo.
I installed a Kenwood DDX6019. It sends a 12V signal to the amps. However, the amps only use a 5v signal. End result, a "pop" everytime they turn on. I installed a 5V regulator from radio shack and no more "pop". Tons of info on the forums about radio install. Look around and most questions can be answered.

thanks alot man, .. much appreciated!
I'm going to try a 2.2Kohm resistor in series with those REmote Power lines first. ... should work just as good as the regulator from what I've read.

The voltage regulator is only $1.59 at radio shack. I just mounted mine on the forward most bracket in the dash before installing the new radio. This gave a great mounting location, provided a ground for the center lead (since the center lead and regulator mount are the same electrical potential), and provided a heat sink for the voltage regulator.
