MP3 CDs stuck in MP3/CD Player. HELP!
I recently had my head unit replaced at the Ford dealership because of the skipping problem. When they replaced it they forgot to take out the CDs I had in the changer. After I let them know that, they said they would look into it. Later, I called them back and they said because I put a MP3 CD in a MP3/CD player, now all of the CDs are stuck in the unit. BS huh! Now, they are saying that they cannot get the CDs and they will not give me cash for them because it was my fault that they are stuck! :bang: And this is not the first problem I have had with my car or this dealership! What should I do????
Call the Ford Customer Service Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673 in the US M-F before 7pm ctrl time and register a complaint against the dealership. Also go & have alittle chat with someone who is higher up in the dealership & express your displeasure with them.
Besides ask them what exactly is a MP3/CD player for if not to actually play MP3 CD's. I mean duh. Do they not know that that's what it is made for? And if they don't then tell them that they may want to retink their career choice to "do you want fries with that".
Anyway JMO. Hope they finally come around & give them back to you or at least a reimburstment. BTW Welcome to the board. I hope you stick around & keep us updated.

Good Luck!

BTW do not use the stick on labels on your homemade disc's they will jam up!
Never use adhesive labels on any media that will end up in a slot-loading mechanism. If you even think you might want to play it in the car - make another unlabeled copy for the car.
