My dealer said the IUP is on backorder with no release date. Does anybody know how long this will take?

 

I've heard some say it is on backorder and others say it isn't. Anyone have confirmation of this?

 

BEK reported that Ford was limiting IUP to 35% of orders. I haven't seen him say that this has changed since (I haven't seen him say otherwise, either).

The best guess was that Ford was getting a much higher percentage of IUP orders than they expected (the order guide indicated 50% expected), and they didn't have enough supply of the components to meet the demand. If this is so, I don't know how long it would take them to expand their supply channel.

 

I saw another post that showed the backorder is for the US only. Canada will not be subjected to the back order
