Hey hey.(; 2005-2010 stang help? (:
So. I'm new. Lol.
I have a 2006 V6 stang. Boring. Basic. Blah.
Anyways I was wondering if the gauge cluster thing out of the 2010 mustang v6 premium would fit inside my 06? I like the MyColor settings better for 10' than 09.
I can't afford to get a completely new car lol.
So I wanted to know if they could work somehow.
They don't seem to have changed much at all.

Additionally places like American muscle.com sell different gauge face overlays if you're looking to spice things up a bit.

welcome to the forum. 2010 cluster wont work. i installed the 6 gauge/mycolor/info center in my 05 base model V6 a few years ago. its one of my fav mods although its a little pricy if you do it right and get the cluster new and programed for your car with the correct mileage and vin #. ive got a write up on another forum.
if you have the wire cluster (dont remember, maybe 4 wires) behind the blank cover where the switches go you can do it no problem. pry off the blank cover top left of the stereo and the wire/plug will be plugged into a hole or maybe just behind it. if you dont have the wire harness there, i think there is a post somewhere how to wire one in but its a little electical project.
